Wednesday 11.09, save that date! We are back with our regional nights. A live cooking experience coupled with a deep dive into Italian culture. Next on the menu, SICILY.

Sicily, the largest Mediterranean island, is just off the "toe" of Italy's "boot." Its rich history is reflected in sites like the Valley of the Temples, the well-preserved ruins of 7 monumental, Doric-style Greek temples, and in the Byzantine mosaics at the Cappella Palatina, a former royal chapel in capital city Palermo. On Sicily’s eastern edge is Mount Etna, one of Europe’s highest active volcanoes.

Home of our new head chef Fabrizio, Lombardy (Lombardia) is located between the Alps mountain range and tributaries of the river Po, and includes Milan, its capital, the largest metropolitan area in the country, and among the largest in the EU.

Extending from the Apennine Mountains to the Po River in the north, it's known for its medieval cities, rich gastronomy and seaside resorts.
